How to lose a double chin


Are you someone that hates taking pictures or going without contour on your face because of that extra skin under your chin? Does it make you doubt yourself? Hate what you see when you look in the mirror? Me too! I have a double chin as well so I am there with you. I have done my research to help you and I am going to tell you how to lose a double chin! We all want to get rid of that pesky double chin that causes us too much trouble and here is how:

Lose Weight

Most of the times doctors will say that if you have a double chin it is because you are over weight. Sometimes that is not the case but losing weight either way will help you lose the double chin. Yes, we can try to aim for weight loss just in the chin area with chin ups, which is an exercise targeting your chin and moving it up and down.

However, this always doesn’t work. You want to aim to lose weight and fat all over your body. Once you start losing weight, you will see that double chin get smaller. If you need tips on how to lose weight naturally if you are one that hates working out, check out my other post on weight loss.

Sit up straight

All doctors will say that sitting up straight will help with your back problems, you fat build up in your stomach, etc. but did you know it will also help with that double chin? YEP! Sitting up straight will make your pesky double chin less noticeable and it will actually strengthen your jaw and make that double chin start to shrink.

Chew gum

Chewing gum is probably one of my favorite ways to lose my double chin. Why? Well, you get to enjoy any flavor of gum you like but you can work out your jaw (that chin) and not have to focus directly on it. While chewing gum, your jaw is at work strengthening itself and making that chin work and eventually you will see it start to get smaller.

Massage

Another way to lose that double chin is to massage that are with wheat germ oil. The vitamin E in that oil will help tighten that skin as it absorbs. You want to leave this oil on overnight for better results. You want to repeat until you are happy with your results.

Egg whites

Egg whites will do the same as the wheat germ oil. The vitamins in this will help tighten the skin. This you will only need to put on for 30 minutes, not overnight.

You will want to whisk the egg whites, milk, honey, and lemon juice together to make almost a paste and smear it onto your chin. Repeat until you are happy with your results.
