All of these foods help boost our metabolism, promote our body to fight fat and start burning extra calories. I have been surrounding my diet around these 25 foods and making sure I stick to water and green tea. In the past month I have lost 14 pounds and my stomach has shrunk 2 inches and I can now fit back into my skinny jeans. I was able eat small portions and feel full quicker and longer.
